While we wait for the new theme to go through the design phase, I figured that we might as well get back into the swing of things.
What I mean by getting back into the swing of things is that I plan to start posting regularly again, and sharing my knowledge of blogging, business, affiliate marketing, SEO and others, with the my readers again. In my absence, to make sure that I didn’t get rusty, I kept up with several of the major players in the blog game, just to stay sharp. Problogger, John Chow, Net Business Blog and Tyler Cruz, just to name a few. I hope to take their collective knowledge and combine it to make BizStudent a major player in the blogging game. That is however, a longterm goal, something which will not be achieved over night.
Now, I don’t want to steal the thunder from my goals, so I will save them for their own special post. Keep Looking for that!
New Things Around The Blog
Akisamet is out, Defensio is in. Nothing complicated here, spam threats evolve, and spam defense must keep up with it. Akisamet was faithful for a long time, but the simple truth that defensio is newer, and it does it better. I will make a post further investigating these two technologies at a later date.
