TGIF - February 19th-23rd Edition

by Jack on February 23, 2007

Yes, its the TGIF edition of BizStudent. This post has become a weekly tradition, where we at BizStudent, highlight the blunders and weak moments of the human race, from the past week. So, let it be known that from this day forward, Friday, February 23rd, 2007 - TGIF shall be featured here, uncut, uncensored and ripe with opinion. We here at BizStudent, mainly me (Jack), encourage you to send in news, quotes, pictures, events or other things that when you read or saw it, you felt your IQ drop slightly. Submissions should go here.

So, without further adieu - Here is, the first official edition of TGIF @ BizStudent.

Here Ye, Here Ye!

  1. The Conclusion of the Anna Nicole Smith Trial - The judge broke down and cried, enough said.
  2. Brittney Shaves Her Head - Congrats, maybe you can star in G.I Jane 2
  3. Ray Emery thinks he can fight - Why was he smiling? Because his goaltending is a joke. (I try not to be bias, but the one thing I can not hide, is my devotion to the Toronto Maple Leafs)
  4. As if the War needed more negative publicity - I am deeply sorry for the families on both sides.
  5. John Chow Unbanned from Digg - Lord have mercy on the net. (Just kidding John! Welcome back!!)
  6. Congress looks at taxing online currency - Lookout Azeroth, No amount of weapons and armor can fend off the TAXMAN!
  7. Darth Harper? - Yes, let me falter not in mentioning my own country in the list!
  8. Fun with the TSA - I had my own fun with them and their machines on my Florida trip.
  9. The OC is finally over - And the world is a better place.
  10. The Grey’s Anatomy Chick didn’t Die - As if Kevin Costner (a true badass, See: The Untouchables, The Guardian) died at the end of The Guardian, and the t.v people couldnt bring themselves to let this weakling pass.

(I dont watch either of those shows, so correct me if I am wrong about any of the facts, do not comment on my opinions)

Well, there you have it - The Top 10 Blunders for this week. Hopefully this provides some food for thought over the weekend, and I look forward to next weeks circus.
Please feel free to add your comments on this week, lemme know if I forgot to mention anything, and of course, don’t hesitate to send in your ideas for next week, starting on Monday.

Cheers, and have a good weekend! Digg this if you enjoyed it!
